A note from the founder
Why GrindWell exists.
I built GrindWell because I watched the same thing happen too many times: a kid who loved golf at twelve was burned out by sixteen. The texting and the payments and the “how was practice?” silence weren’t the real problem. The real problem was that nobody had a calm place to keep the joy in the sport while everything else got more serious.
So I started with the people in my own corner. Coach Hub came first because the operations were what families needed yesterday. Practice came second because the mental side was what families needed for the next twenty years. Both exist for the same reason.
If GrindWell does its job, an athlete I’ll never meet builds a better relationship with the game. Their parent doesn’t have to be the bad guy at the dinner table. Their coach gets to coach. That’s the whole project.
